Emma Jude – 4/17

Emma Jude

Emma Jude is a singer/songwriter from upstate New York. She released her first official EP “The One Person Game” at the end of 2015. Her album “Pocket Full Of Postcards” was released at the beginning of 2018 and is the perfect road trip soundtrack. Both albums were produced by the amazing Mark Doyle and her 2018 album was mixed and mastered by Jason “Jocko” Randall at More Sound Studios.

“Pocket Full of Postcards” received a SAMMY for Best Pop Recording in 2019.

Mark and Emma have worked together on multiple projects including the “Forgotten Songs” album by Scott Allen.

Most recently,  Miss. Jude released a Christmas album with colleagues Thomas Fleming, Michael Lawrence and Marvin Mallari at Tylerland Studios.  She also released her music video for “Snowfall” with videographer Dennis Fernando that features Jacob Casey from the Syracuse City Ballet Company.

Emma draws upon the beautiful songwriting styles of Sarah Bareilles, the remarkable sounds of Joni Mitchell and the edginess of Janis Joplin. Over the years, Emma has found the perfect song for just about any venue around the world but feels most at home in her indie-rock sound.

She is excited to showcase her growth as an artist back in her hometown of Syracuse, NY.  Emma will play the songs that have become her story in Listening Room 443s intimate setting.  With new and old friends, you too can relive the experiences that have helped Emma continue to grow into her old soul.

This is a “listening room” style show. Before the performance begins you will be asked to silence your phone, limit conversation and focus 100% on the artist. We do not have televisions in the room and we limit noise from the bar as much as possible while the artists are on stage.

Much of our seating at 443 is communal – tables and chairs/barstools and sofas or loveseats. You should expect to share a table or sofa with other attendees.
