Gritty, buttery and soul-piercing have all been used to describe the vocals of Donna Colton. A seasoned veteran of the local music scene, her songwriting and CD’s have garnered national and international attention. Solo showcases at the legendary Bitter End and Spiral Club in New York City and at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville led to live performances for national TV and radio shows. In 2009 she was one of the few women inducted into the Syracuse Area Music Awards Hall of Fame.
Colton will be joined on stage her husband and bandmate, Sam Patterelli, AKA Sam Troublemaker, making music they call an acoustic tangle of Broken Folk and Twang Rock.
