We’re thrilled to welcome the crazy-talented Peg Newell to The 443 patio for the very first time on August 19.
Peg Newell’s parents bought her a guitar for her 13th birthday, thinking that it might just be a passing fad. Soon after receiving that gift she began playing in bands, writing, and recording music. Now, over 30 years later, Peg is still an active member of the Syracuse music community.
She has performed, written, and recorded music with Krystal Image, Mrs. Smith, Your Fantastic Summer, Kim Monroe, The Phil Broikos Quartet and The Reissues. Today, Peg writes and performs predominately with her acoustic guitar, playing locally and throughout New York State.
