Along the way, we’ve been picking up some of the equipment we’re going to need.
We’ve been visiting Kammar’s Restaurant Equipment on Wolf Street every once in a while to see if anything we need has turned up. This place is completely nuts, it’s a stuffed-to-the-rafters warehouse of everything you can imagine.
We did find a 3-bay bar sink, a couple drink racks and an ice bin with cold plate, but decided that it made more sense to buy things like the kegerator, ice machine and cold prep table new so that we would have the warranties in case there was a problem.
Our batch coffee brewer came in, along with our cold brew set up.
And, we started thinking about the sound and light set up for our stage performances.
Up until this point, we haven’t gone into debt for anything for the business. We’ve had the luxury of spending a year picking up things as we went along, and I am so grateful that we’ve been in a position to do that thanks to the ownership of the building.
But – we’re at the point where we have to start making some major purchases – the kegerator, the ice machine and the cold prep table.
This isn’t stressful at all…<gulp>
