The 443 Social Club is a pretty groovy venue for a private event without changing a thing, but we love to add those extra touches to make your event super-special.

Linens:
Ivory table linens are provided at no extra cost.
Paper Goods:
We provide basic ivory luncheon and dessert-sized plates, black plastic utensils, and white napkins.
Buffet:
We provide wire chafing racks and Sterno fuel cans for hot items, plastic serving utensils, baskets for utensils, and mini chalkboard signs for food if needed.
Dessert Table:
We’ve got a large assortment of glass cake domes and pedestals in various sizes, plus two and three-tiered wooden stands to display your goodies.
Candy Bar:
We have an assortment of glass bowls and apothecary jars to display your color-coordinated candy buffet with serious style.
We also have vintage milk glass and pink depression glass pieces if that works with your theme.
Beverage Station:
Glass drink dispensers, carafes, and copper drink tubs are available.
Custom Signage:
Theme and color-coordinated 8″x10″ signs for beverage station, candy bar, favor table, dessert station, and gift table.
Outdoor Backdrop:
If you’re using our outdoor patio between May and October, we have a large, faux boxwood divider that makes a great photo backdrop.
You can add your own custom laser-cut wooden sign, faux flowers, or use it as a background for a balloon arch.

White, black, burgundy, cadet (royal) blue, pink, peach, lavender, forest green, gold, gray, navy blue, red, rose, teal, yellow, and red and white checks – available with 30 days lead time.
52″ and 61″ square tablecloths will work on our tables.
Fiesta Decor Package: $300
A taco bar is one of our all-time favorite buffet options for a party, and our Fiesta Decor Package is a colorful and fun way to get your guests in the party mood. If you want to walk into your party space completely decked out and fully decorated, let us do the work so you can enjoy your celebration.
The package includes custom linens and buffet skirts, paper lantern installations above the buffet and dessert table, brightly colored Mexican serape runners, and centerpieces for all tables: vintage brass candlesticks, assorted colorful votives, fresh flowers, and faux succulents.

Whiskey & Cigar Bar:
Your guests will love this interactive whiskey & cigar bar decked out with cut glass decanters and vintage glassware.
A blind tasting is a great way to get your guests mingling. We can create a tequila version too!

Paper Lanterns:
Paper lanterns are a fun way to add color and interest to any event!
We’ll group paper lanterns in 3-5 colors from the ceiling in assorted sizes over the buffet and dessert tables.

Table Backdrops & Signage:
43″ high gold frames for card/gift table, dessert tables, and beverage station, hung with color-coordinating sheer panels.
36″ Gold Signs available to hang on frames – “Dessert Bar”, “Bubbly Bar”, “Congrats Grad” and “Cheers”

Grad Party Centerpieces:
Clear vases tied with school colors and graduation year tags, filled with assorted fresh flowers, plus white pedestal signs with six different graduation messages. Tables of four will have both the flowers and the pedestal sign and the smaller hightop tables (10-12) will alternate the signs and the flowers.

Floral Centerpieces + Votives:
Three assorted sizes of small, clear glass vases or one larger single vase filled with fresh flowers that coordinate with your decor, plus a clear or mercury glass votive.
Mercury glass votives are available in gold, silver, and Tiffany blue.
The six tables of four in the front of the room will have the centerpiece as shown. The smaller hightop tables (10-12 tables) will have a single vase with flowers.

TECH
Projector and Screen:
We have a projector and retractable screen on our stage if you’d like to run a slideshow during your event.
A slideshow is more dynamic than a physical memory board, plus it’s a good conversation starter. Create your slideshow in PowerPoint and we’ll take care of the rest.

Live Music:
If you’d like to have live music during our party, we will schedule our sound tech for the event. If you’d like us to assist in booking a band, we can help with that too!
